Head Electrician and Programmer at Delaware Shakespeare Festival

Julius Caesar (Wilmington, DE) – Production Manager: Marisa Gittelman

     Coordinated a crew of apprentices to execute the lighting design for an outdoor production. Managed the electrics budget, inventory and 

     rental equipment package. Oversaw load in, lighting tree construction, circuiting, and focus. Daily responsibilities included leading daily 

     setup/strike, programming, fixture maintenance/ troubleshooting, and supporting safety practices amongst crew.

Electrics Apprentice at The Santa Fe Opera 68th Festival Season

La Boheme, The Marriage of Figaro, Rigoletto, Turn of the Screw, Die Walküre – Head Electrician: Hannah Mackey

     Executed lighting for 5 operas in rotating rep in an outdoor theatre. The daily electrics changeover included a team refocus of 250+ lights in 60 

     minutes. As asst. deck electrician, coordinated daily deck changeover including lighting position load in and scenic lighting install. As head 

     followspot op was the lead for communication from the spot booth. Additional responsibilities included wiring practicals, wireless DMX, major      

     LED tape install, fixture maintenance and troubleshooting.  

Production Apprentice at Delaware Shakespeare Festival

Macbeth (Wilmington, DE) – Production Manager: Marisa Gittelman

     Worked in all areas of production to build and run a fully outdoor show. Tasks for the scenic and lighting load in included carpentry, scenic 

     painting, rigging LX trees, hanging/focusing lights, and weather protection. Specialized in electrics for daily set up/strike and as light board op.

Stage Technician at Zoellner Arts Center 

20+ events including dance, concerts, plays, operas, puppet shows, and guest speakers (Bethlehem, PA) – Lighting Director: Justin Burns

     Responsibilities for touring shows included hanging/focusing lights, operating the fly system, setting up AV equipment, scenic load in/out, and   

     lightboard operating. Additionally served as a live stream moving camera operator, and supervised orchestra setup and strike for concerts.

     Filled multiple roles per production including: lighting designer, light board op, electrician, asst. stage manager, carpenter, and scenic charge.
